Introduction

This Cookie Policy explains how Tokencraft ("we", "us", or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies when you use:

This policy should be read with our Privacy Policy and Terms.

What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your device (computer, tablet, or mobile) when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently and provide information to the website owners.

Cookies can be "persistent" or "session" cookies. Persistent cookies remain on your device after you close your browser, while session cookies are deleted when you close your browser.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for the following purposes:

Essential Cookies

These cookies are strictly necessary for the website to function properly. They enable core functionality such as security, network management, and accessibility. You cannot opt-out of these cookies.

  • Authentication cookies: Used to maintain your login session and keep you securely logged in
  • Security cookies: Help protect against security threats and unauthorized access
  • Preference cookies: Remember your settings and preferences (e.g., theme, language)

Analytics Cookies

We use PostHog to measure product usage and improve Tokencraft. Analytics requests are proxied through /api/posthog and data is sent to PostHog's EU infrastructure.

  • Provider: PostHog
  • EU host: https://eu.i.posthog.com
  • Purpose: pageviews, product interactions, feature usage, and error diagnostics

Third-Party Cookies

We rely on selected third-party processors required to run the SaaS. For cookies and tracking technologies, the main third-party service is PostHog analytics.

Managing Cookies

Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings preferences. However, limiting cookies may impact your experience on our website. You can manage cookies in the following ways:

  • Browser settings: Most browsers allow you to refuse or accept cookies. You can usually find these settings in the "Options" or "Preferences" menu of your browser.
  • Clear cookies/local storage: You can remove analytics identifiers by clearing site data for Tokencraft domains.
  • Do Not Track: Some browsers have a "Do Not Track" feature that lets you tell websites that you do not want to have your online activities tracked. However, we do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals.

Note: If you choose to disable cookies, some features of our website may not function properly, and you may not be able to access certain parts of our website or use certain services.
