1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Tokencraft services on tokencraft.dev and app.tokencraft.dev, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Tokencraft is a design token management SaaS with workspace management, token modeling, exports, integrations, API access, and subscription plans.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate registration information.
• You are responsible for activities performed from your account.

4. Acceptable Use

• No abuse, reverse engineering, or unlawful use.
• No attempts to bypass usage limits or security controls.
• No unauthorized access to other users' data.

5. Plans and Billing

Tokencraft offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions and plan changes are processed by Stripe. You authorize applicable charges according to your selected plan and billing cycle.

6. API and Integrations

API tokens are personal and must be kept secret. You are responsible for usage generated by your tokens. We may enforce limits and revoke tokens if misuse is detected.

7. Data and IP

You retain ownership of your content and token data. You grant Tokencraft the rights required to host, process, and transmit this data to provide the service.

8. Availability and Changes

We may update features, limits, and pricing over time. We may perform maintenance and cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or security reasons.

10. Liability

The service is provided on an "as is" basis, to the extent allowed by law. Tokencraft is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
